In trying to move away from all things ms, i recently installed linux mint and wanted to try out kodi on this Your log is still not a debug log so it’s extremely difficult to help you further. In particular i wanted to see how iptv works
I'm running linux mint 22 and although kodi will install there is no section in the addon folder for pvr clients Your playlist file should point to an m3u file containing all your channels I've tried a few things to install simple iptv pvr through software centre and through the command line but it never shows up.
First of all i want to say thank you for all your work and support and great work you do
I was using kodi with pleasure with previous webos versions but today i just updated my television ( 65g26la) to new version ( 23.20.56) and noticed that kodi is not working anymore I deleted it and installed again from homebrew store but results didn't change I wanted inform you and also. Wow i take back what i originally stated in this message
I just checked in with the latest version and tried the detailed information option The skin is perfect now just the way i was hoping to use it It's like you read minds Happily migrated back from the original fuse!!
Check the log for more information about this message
Did you check your log To receive meaningful assistance you will need to provide a full debug log The instructions are here.debug log (wiki) if you are using the basic method, then ensure the following is applied.1 Enable debugging in settings>system settings>logging, 2
I have kodi installed on an nvidia shield and i am trying to link it to the nas (synology ds916+) Kodi is connected to the same network as the nas but i am unable to add the nas as a source for my videos and music How can i fix this issue? But while playing any show or movie, audio stops at every 10mins or so and the video continues
Only way to bring back the audio is to go back and reopen the same show and forward to last watched position
Any idea how to fix it? Thanks a lot to the whole team for this new release Can't understand the point of people coming here insulting the work of people doing everything for free Even if you're unsatisfied, you could at least try to be polite about what you feel is not working correctly
I wish to give a special mention to @ xodidox for bringing movie versions to omega And all the rest of the team that carried. How do i keep subtitles from appearing every time i start a file With a pc keyboard you can press the 't' for enabling/disabling subtitles
You can also enter the subtitles osd during a video, disable subtitles, and use save as default for all media.
If some file has been downloaded via android browser, it can be found in /sdcard/download folder If some file has been downloaded via kodi's file manager it shows up in root folder of the file manager What i wanted to do was to move the file from /sdcard/download to the kodi file manager's root folder so it could be accessed without need to click on add source > browse > root filesystem etc. I think what you want is to load a local epg file, but instead you are trying to load it from local host on port 80
Try putting the xml file on the local file system and set the path in the settings dialog
